Homeowners across West Salisbury call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say — show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Roof Replacement job with a written warranty.
Big Toms Roofing has spent years building a reputation in West Salisbury for doing Roof Replacement the right way — proper permits, manufacturer-approved materials, and a crew lead on-site for every job, not just a subcontractor nobody vetted.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our West Salisbury crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in West Salisbury as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
A Roof Replacement replacement is one of the biggest investments a West Salisbury homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Roof Replacement jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
Buying or selling a home in West Salisbury? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying — no guessing about remaining roof life.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our West Salisbury crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Roof Replacement system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a West Salisbury homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here — it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right — that's the deal.
